Help Desk Requests
Submitting a Help Desk Ticket
You can generate a help desk request by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When making a help desk request please try to include as much information as possible to help us help you. The Tech department now has 3 new staff members and finding you is sometimes a challenge.
Helpful information includes:
- Your name
- Room #
- Phone #
- If possible: Computer Name - This can be found under system properties. Right click computer and select properties or pressing win + pause should bring up a popup which includes the computer name.
