Student Survey - Educational Effectiveness Survey

Dear PASD Families,

Your student's well-being is important to us. To continue to improve as a school district, we are sending out a student survey to discover students' perceptions and attitudes toward their well-being, engagement, and motivation. The Educational Effectiveness Survey (EES) for students enables our district and buildings to develop intervention plans and support students in greatest need of help. The survey results provide our district and buildings with interactive dashboards that make team collaboration and action planning efficient and easy.

Over the past two years, the pandemic has presented challenges for our students, and we are sending out this survey to all K-12 students to make sure we are providing the resources needed for each student to be successful. This survey is part of our 2021-2022 PASD Recovery and Acceleration Plan.

The survey window goes through Friday, December 3rd, and teachers will give directions to complete the survey in class. Again, each building team and district will review this data as we work to support our students. The survey is for students in grades K-5 and then 6-12. The survey is available in English and Spanish, and text to speech options are available for younger students.

If you would like to review the survey questions your student will answer, you can do so here:

If you prefer your student not to participate, please get in touch with their school directly. Thank you to everyone for your support as we work together for our students. Please reach out if you have any questions.
