Committees & Task Forces

The School District leadership team has assembled a number of taskforces to help study and offer recommendations on a selection of issues key to the District's future.  The task forces are operating in concert with several ongoing committees, and nearly all of these groups includea significant number of community members in addition to our District's teaching, counseling, specialist, classified and administrative staff. 

Active Committees and Task Forces

  • Assessment Committee, meets first Wednesday of the month  
  • Counseling Task Force
  • Instructional Material Committee, meets as needed
  • Language Arts Curriculum Committee, meets third Tuesday of the month
  • Mathematics Curriculum Committee, meets first Tuesday of the month
  • Music Teachers, meets fourth Tuesday of the month in September, November, February and May
  • Nutrition and Physical Activity Advisory Committee, meets first Tuesday or Wednesday of the month
  • Policy Committee, meets first Wednesday of the month
  • Professional Development Systems Task Force, meets third Thursday of the Month
  • Science Curriculum Committee, meets third Wednesday of the Month
  • Social Studies Committee, meets fourth Thursday of the month
  • STE(A)M Committee, meets fourth Tuesday of the Month
  • Teacher/Principal Evaluation Process, meets October 15, December 10, February & May
