Salt Creek Invitational, Sept 17, 2011

2nd through 6th grade runners are invited to run at The Salt Creek Invitational Cross Country Meet on Saturday, September 17th.

At 9:15 AM we will run a combined boys/girls race for 2nd through 6th grades. It will be a one mile race. The kids will start near the official start line, go over the bales of hay, make one loop around the main picnic area, go through the trail system, and end at the main finish line. Since this is a new race, we are limiting the race just to Port Angeles Elementary students.

At 9:30 AM we will run a combined boys/girls race for 7th and 8th grades. It also will be a one mile race. Same course. We will break down the results into 2nd girls, 2nd boys, 3rd girls, 3rd boys and so forth. All runners get a finisher ribbon.

The race is free and there will be t-shirts for sale and a concession stand.
