PAHS Student Liam Clark Named WIAA Athlete of the WeekPort Angeles School District Athletic Director Dwayne Johnson announced that Liam Clark, #34 on the Port Angeles High School Boys Basketball team, has been named a WIAA State Athlete of the Week for the week of February 4 – 10, 2018. 

Every week the WIAA honors twelve student-athletes from the state.  The full list of the winners may be found on the WIAA website at www.wiaa.com/athleteoftheweek.  This award is designed to honor Washington’s best athletic performances.  WIAA stands for Washington Interscholastic Activities Association.

All varsity level students in good academic standing at their schools are eligible to receive the WIAA Athlete of the Week Award. Students may win the WIAA Athlete of the Week Award once during any given academic year. Each winner receives a letter of recognition from the WIAA Executive Director, a commemorative WIAA Athlete of the Week promotional item, and a certificate. Winners are announced weekly.

Liam, a junior at Port Angeles High School, is the son of Jeff and Helen Clark.  Jeff Clark is principal at Port Angeles High School.
