All-City Spelling Bee Held At Vern Burton
 
Forty-seven students from Port Angeles School District elementary and middle schools - Franklin, Jefferson, Dry Creek, Hamilton and Roosevelt Elementary Schools and Stevens Middle School - and Queen of Angels and Olympic Christian Schools, participated in the city-wide bee Tuesday, May 21 at the Vern Burton Community Center.
