State Testing Results Released
The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) released the State of Washington’s 2013-14 student performance results today for last spring’s Measurements of Student Progress (MSP), High School Proficiency Exams (HSPE) in reading and writing, and the math and biology end of course (EOC) exams.

Local Teen Nominated for the National Academy of Future Physicians and Medical Scientists
Sydney Roberts was selected to represent Port Angeles and Washington State at the Congress of Future Medical Leaders in Washington, DC. Roberts, a current Port Angeles High School junior, was nominated to attend the Congress based on her “outstanding grades, leadership potential and determination to serve humanity in the field of medicine.”
