First Graders Invite Others to Tour Farms
Dry Creek first graders in Barb Pearl and Mickey Branham’s classrooms held farm tours in June. As part of their projects in the district’s new Bridges math curriculum, the students created "3-D" farms, using math skills to purchase supplies, animals, fences, roads and buildings. Other Dry Creek classmates were invited to “tour” their work.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Kindergarten registration continues until June 30, then begins again on August 18 after a summer break!
- June 16: Last Day of School!
