Science Field Trip Alana Baker

Daniel Lieberman’s eighth grade science classes, accompanied by AmeriCorps member Tim Hernandez and Native America Interventionist Jessica Elofson, took some small-scale field trips in mid-September to perform some citizen science data collection for the Streamkeepers of Clallam County.  The results from these bug surveys are used by county, state and other agencies in management decisions.  The trail to Peabody Creek is accessed from the Olympic National Park Visitor Center.
