PASD Teachers Attend Educational Conference at UConn

PASD Teachers Attend Educational Conference at UConnSixteen Port Angeles School District teaching staff members attended Confrutate, an educational workshop on enrichment-based differentiated teaching at the University of Connecticut from July 8 - 13. 

The workshop was geared toward providing educators with research-based practical strategies for engagement and enrichment learning for all students, as well as meeting the needs of gifted and talented students. 

“Our teachers felt honored and valued in their profession as a direct result of attending this conference,” said Susan Heyer, Highly Capable Coordinator/Enrichment teacher for the Port Angeles School District.
