Special Meeting Minutes

EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board of Directors of Port Angeles School District No. 121 met at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 16, 2007 for a special meeting at the Central Services Building. Proper notification of the meeting was made according to law. In attendance were Mr. Hinds, Mr. McClain, Ms. McLaughlin, Dr. Happe, Assistant Superintendent Mary Hebert, Assistant Superintendent Michelle Reid, and Superintendent Cohn.
President McClain recessed the board into executive session at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the performance of a public employee. The session was estimated to take one hour. No action will be taken.
RECONVENE
The board reconvened at 6:50 p.m.
