Enrollment Report and Outlook
The District’s total enrollment for Jan. 2012 (not including Skills Center, Running Start or American Academy) is 3,490.56 compared to 3,624.05 in Jan. 2011. This is 133.49 FTE fewer than last year at this time but is 39.30 FTE students above budget. The budget is based upon the Average FTE over the entire school year. Following is a comparison of the current year as compared to last year at this time and budget, by grade level:
- Grades K-6 enrollment is at 1710.00 FTE compared to
1825.61 in Jan. 2011. This
is 115.61 FTE fewer than last year at this time and is 27.56 below the 2011-12
budget. - Grades 7-8 enrollment is at 607.60 FTE compared to
613.79 last year. This is 6.19
less than last year at this time and 6.27 below budget for 2011-12. - Grades 9-12 enrollment is 1172.96 FTE compared to
1184.65 in Jan of 2011. This
is 11.69 FTE fewer than last year at this time and is 73.13 FTE more than the 2011-
12 budget. - Skills Center enrollment is at 141.30 FTE compared to
144.81 last year. This is
3.51 FTE fewer than last year at this time and .83 less than the 2011-12 budget. - Running Start enrollment is 66.60 FTE compared to
91.60 last year in Jan.. This is
25 FTE fewer than last year at this time and 19.45 less than the 2011-12 budget. - The American Academy enrollment is 11 FTE for Jan
2012. This is one more
student than last month. These students are enrolled through Lincoln High School,however are counted separately for reporting purposes.
